2024: She competed in 8 meets for the Rams this season. She earned All-Accolades in the 60m hurdles and long jump. Her best placement was at Best-Cregger Multi Invitational in the pent where she placed 1st, she also placed 1st in the 60H. Another best placement was at JDL Flat Is Fast Invitational, where she placed 3rd in the 60. Charnessa has also earned all region 2025 NCAA division II indoor track and field honors for her performances in 60 meter hurdles and long jump.
