Biography
2024: During the indoor season Kennedy participated in the high jump jumping a 5 '2 in the CIAA indoor championship. During the outdoor season She finished 2nd in the high jump in the CIAA outdoor championship jumping a 5’5 she also clocked a 14.02 in the 100 in the Weems Baskin invitational she participated in high jump jumping a 5’1 and ran a 4:27 in the 400Â

2022-23(outdoor): She finished 3rd in High jump in the 5th annual Adidas Trojan Challenge with a jump of 1.65m, A 1st place in High Jump at the CIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a jump of 1.60m, She also finished in 3rd in high jump at the 2023 Aggie Classic with a jump of 1.60m.
2022-23: Kennedy finished her senior season coming in 2nd in the Gamecock opener in high jump with a jump of 1.65m, 1st in high jump at the Winter Relays with a jump of 1.65m, She finished 2nd in Shock Put at the CIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships 2022 with a throw of 8.87m, and a 1st place in high jump with a jump of 1.64m, Finished in 1st in the CNU Qualifier & Combined Events in high jump with a jump of 1.68m. she finished 2nd in the VertKlasse Meeting in High Jump with a jump of 1.66m, a first place in the JDL Early Bird Invitational in high jump with a jump of 1.68m, a 2nd place at the Mondo College Invintational in high jump with a jump of 1.67m, a 1st place in high jump at the COROS Collegiate Challenge with a jump of 1.68m, A 2nd place at the winter classic in high jump with a jump of 1.65m, 1st in high jump at the 2023 CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a jump of 1.64m.
2019-20: Kennedy had a great freshman season for the Rams. She was able to compete in the indoor season before the outdoor season was canceled. She competed in both sprints and high jumps for the Rams. She capped her season with a third place finish in the women's high jump at the 2020 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship. She earned the medal with a 5'2.25" (1.58m) jump. Her best height of the season came when she won the women's high jump at the Mondo College Invitational when she recorded a 5'6" (1.68m) jump.Â
Personal: Kennedy joined the Rams in the fall of 2019…She came to Winston-Salem State after a great career at Richmond Senior High and Mallard Creek High…She was ranked first in her conference in the high jump and she earned all-conference honors in both basketball and track & field…She is a Nursing major and she is the daughter of Seddric Harris, Fred Alexander and Celery Monroe.
