2023-2024:During the indoor season Lydia competed in the CIAA championship where she ran the 60 clocking in at 7.65 and placing 3rd she also JDL Flat fast invitational where she ran the 4x400 placing 1st clocking in at 4:06.34.During the outdoor season she computed in the CIAA championship where she ran the 100 and 200 she participated in the Livingstone Blue Bear invitational where she ran the 4x100 and placed 1st
