2024: Nia competed in 4 meets this season. Her best placement was at JDL Flat is Fast Invitational in High Jump with a height of 1.33m, this earned her 13th place.

2023-2024: During the indoor season Nia competed in the long jump and triple jump . In long jump she jumped 4.97m placing 14th and in triple jump she jumped a 10.04m placing 17th Also in the HBCU Showcase she ran the 200 clocking in at 29.72 .In Outdoor she competed in the 100,long jump,and triple jump in the 100 she ran a 13.77 in triple jump she jumped a 10.15m and in long jump she jumped a 4.66m

2022-23: Nia finished the season with two new PR's one in Triple Jump with a jump of 10.51m and a PR in the 200 with a time of 28.92.

2022-23(indoor): Nia finished her sophmore season with a 5th place placement at the 2022 Winter Relays in Long Jump with a distance of 5.46m this is also a PR. She also had a PR in High Jump at the 2022 CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a jump of 1.48m.

2021-22 (Indoor): Nia had a great freshman season with the Rams. She competed in the 200m, high jump, long jump, and triple jump throughout the indoor season. She finished her season with an 8th place finish in the high jump during the 2022 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship. Her best long jump of the season came during the Winter Relays when she recorded a 5.47m (17’11”) jump.

Personal: Nia joined the Rams in the fall of 2021…She came to Winston-Salem after graduating from Eastern Alamance, where she was a standout long jumper.
