Biography
2021-2022: Tionna capped off her indoor season with a third-place finish in the triple jump 11.24m (36-10.50) and a fourth-place finish in the women’s long jump at the 2022 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship. She earned 4th place with a 5.49m (18’0.25) jump. She also recorded an 11.65m (38’2.75) triple jump at the Winter Relays. She was also named to the NCAA Division II Indoor All-Region Team.
Personal: Tionna joined the Rams in the fall of 2020. She came to Winston-Salem State University as a graduate of South View High School where she had a great career. She set the high school record in the triple jump and she earned all-conference and all-state honors in the triple jump and the long jump. she was also an all-regional selection and she was a member of her team's conference championship team. She was equally impressive in the classroom where she earned a spot on the A Honor Roll, the AB Honor Roll, and the Top Student honor in Science. She is a Computer Science major and she is the daughter of Tiffany Bowden and Larry Wilson.
