Biography

2019: Alexis completed her career with a strong senior season for the Rams. She played in 21 of the team's 27 matches. She finished the season with 21 kills and three service aces. She also added 12 digs. 
 
2018: Played in 27 of the team’s 31 matches...She finished the season with 55 total kills with 41 total blocks (one solo)...She also added 14 digs as well. 
 
Personal: Alexis joined the Rams in the fall of 2018...She came to Winston-Salem State after two seasons at Pitt Community College...She is a 2016 graduate of Charles B. Aycock High School where she was inducted into the National Honor Society and won the National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists Award of Excellence...She was also selected to participate in East Carolina’s Shelton Leadership Challenge...Athletically, she was named the CBA Varsity Offensive Award and served as team captain in 2014...She also won the CBA Volleyball Award in 2015...She is an Exercise Science major and she is the daughter of Monique and Rufus Bynum.
