2021: Kaiah had a solid freshman season for the Rams. She played in 8 of the team's 27 matches. She finished the season with 17 kills, 9 blocks, and 4 digs.
2020: The 2020 season was canceled due to concerns regarding COVID-19.
Personal: Kaiah joined the Rams in the fall of 2020. She came to Winston-Salem State University as a graduate of Jack Britt High School where she had a great career. She was a four-year varsity student-athlete and she earned player of the year, team MVP, and all-conference honors. She was also nominated for the Gatorade National Player of the Year award. She also led her conference in kills. She is a Mass Communications major and she is the daughter of Jaynee Parker-Jackson.
