2014: Olivia continued her stellar career at WSSU with a strong junior season…She was one of just two players on the team to play in all 30 matches with 24 starts…She led the team with 296 kills and led the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) with 86 total blocks (19 solo)…She also added 24 service aces…For her efforts, she earned first team All-CIAA honors for the second season in a row…She was also named to the 2014 CIAA All-Tournament team for the second straight season.

2013: Olivia had a breakout sophomore season with the Lady Rams where she stepped into a leading role for the team…She was one of just three players to play in all 108 of the team’s sets last season…She finished the season with 207 total kills, the second most on the team…Defensively, she was a leader for the team as well..She led the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) with 85 total blocks (seven solo)…For her efforts, she earned first team All-CIAA honors as well as a spot on the CIAA All-Tournament team.

2012: Olivia had a solid season that saw her develop into one of the team’s top performers late in the year…She played in 32 of the team’s 35 matches with seven starts….She finished the season with 51 total kills with three assists…She also added 28 service aces…Defensively, she finished the season with 16 total blocks (two solo)…She recorded a career-high 11 kills against Chowan in the semifinals of the 2012 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Tournament…The effort followed up a pair of 10-kill efforts in pool play against Virginia State and Fayetteville State.

Personal: Olivia joined the Lady Rams in the fall of 2012…She is a 2012 graduate of Abbeville High School in Abbeville, South Carolina where she was a two-sport athlete, earning varsity letters in basketball and volleyball…She led the Panthers to the Upper State Championship in basketball…She is an Early Childhood Education major and the daughter of Patricia Owens.
