WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. –The Winston-Salem State University men's cross country team will compete tomorrow, Thursday, October 27th at the CIAA Cross Country Championships in Salem, Virginia.

The men finished in 11th place with a score of 263 at the JCW Invite.

Cecil Hairston, Jr. finished with a time of 32:47.7, while teammate Xavier Watkins finished with a time of 33:54.1. Right behind Xavier was Jaidon Izard who ran a time of 33:56.5 followed by Isaac Phillips who ran a time of 34:08.5. Timothy Pittman, Jr. finished the course with a time of 43:09.6.
