WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University men's and women's cross country teams will compete tomorrow, Friday, October 7^th at the Royal Cross Country Challenge hosted by Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Last Time Out
The women captured a second-place overall finish at the Greensboro Invitational on September 24th. Vanessa Jones won the entire meet running a time of 20:30.84. Her efforts earned her third consecutive CIAA Women's Runner of the Week.
On the men's side Cecil Hairston finished with a time of 33:59.45.
