WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Winston-Salem State University head coach
Antonio Wells has announced the 2022 cross country schedule. The Rams will compete in five meets throughout the state of North Carolina.
WSSU will open the season on the road on September 9th competing at the Blue Bear Invitational hosted by Livingstone College in Salisbury, North Carolina. The following weekend, September 16th the Rams will travel to Cary, North Carolina for the Adidas XC Challenge hosted by NC State University. To close out the month, WSSU will compete in the Greensboro Invitational on September 24th hosted by the Greensboro Pacesetters.
As October rolls in, Winston-Salem will travel to Charlotte for the Queen City Invite hosted by Queens University on October 7th.
On October 18th, the Rams head back to Salisbury, North Carolina for the Livingstone Invitational to close out the regular season.
The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Cross Country Championship will take place in Salem, Virginia on October 27th.
The NCAA D-II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships will take place November 19th.
