WINSTON-SALEM, NC – The Winston-Salem State University men's and women's cross country team will compete this Saturday, September 24 at the Greensboro Invitational in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The women's team competed in the Adidas XC Challenge hosted by NC State last Friday.
Vanessa Jones had the highest finish of all CIAA opponents with a new personal record time of 20.29.
Raven Ferrell appeared in her meet of the season and crossed the finish line with a time of 22:31.9.
Wynter Stample and
Tinasia Davis ran times of 23:17.1 and 23:20.8, respectively. Stample also ran a personal record. Jayiah Nelson ran a personal-record time of 24:27.3.
