GREENWOOD, S.C. – The Winston-Salem State University men's basketball team fell to Lander University 81-61 inside Finis Horne Arena.
The Rams moved to (4-2, 0-0 CIAA).
Ketron ``KC'' Shaw led the Rams with 12 points and six rebounds.
Jahnarious Snell had 11 points and
Jaylen Alston scored nine points.

The Rams went 10-of-13 from the free-throw line. They scored 18 second-chance points and 23 bench points.
In the first half, the Rams jumped out to a 14-9 lead on a
Jeremy Dixon three-pointer with 10:19 in the half. The Bearcats went on a 13-0 run taking a huge lead into halftime 35-20.
In the second half, the Rams went on a 9-0 run capped off by a three-pointer by Ketron "KC" Shaw which cut the lead down to 10 points 56-46 with 10:20 left.
The Rams will travel to New York, New York to play in the Harlem Renaissance Classic on Saturday, November 25th taking on Bloomfield College. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. inside Gauchos Gym in the Bronx.
