WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Winston-Salem State University men's and women's cross-country teams will compete in the Pfeiffer XC Invitational this Saturday, September 14th at Pfeiffer Cross Country Course in Misenheimer, North Carolina.

Time: women 5K – 10:15 a.m. men 5k – 11:00 a.m.

The men finished fifth, Zachary Patrick finished 24th with a time of 17:48.3. Cecil Hairston Jr. finished 39th with a 19:47.8. On the women's side, Elicia Bryant had a top 20 finish coming in 15th place with a time of 17:48.3. Following behind her was Jaiyah Nelson finishing in 26th place with a time of 22:29.1.
