WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Winston-Salem State University women's basketball team will hit the road traveling to Charlotte, North Carolina, on Thursday January 30th taking on Johnson C. Smith University. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. inside the Brayboy Gymnasium.
WSSU will then head to Salisbury, North Carolina on Saturday, February 1st, taking on Livingstone College. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. inside the New Trent Gymnasium.

CIAA Preseason/Polls
Jakaiya Mack was named to the 2024-2025 All-CIAA Women's Basketball Preseason Team Frontcourt. Mack finished last season playing in 15 games and started in 12. She averaged 23 minutes with 8 points per game, was 45% FG, and 57% FT. The women were selected to finish tenth.
