WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University football team defeated Livingstone College 42-10 on Saturday afternoon inside Bowman Gray Stadium.
The Rams improved to 4-4 (2-3 CIAA).

- Jayden Grimes had a 54-yard run to put the Rams up 7-0 with 14:00 to play in the first quarter.
- JaQuan Kelly had a 6-yard run to give the Rams a 14-0 lead with the extra point with 10:57 to play in the first quarter.
- LC got on board with a field goal, trailed the Rams 14-3 with 7:16 to play in the first quarter.
- Noah Marshall had a 4-yard run to put the Rams up 21-3 with 4:30 to play in the second quarter.
- Dayline Lee threw a 16-yard pass to Kaleb Washington to give the Rams a 28-3 lead over the Blue Bears going into halftime.
- JaQuan Kelly had his second touchdown of the game, ran for 12-yards to give the Rams a 34-3, lead with the extra point the Rams took a 35-3 lead with 6:49 to play in the third quarter.
- LC scored a touchdown with 9:01 to play in the fourth quarter, Rams led 35-10.
- Timothy Ruff had a 20-yard rush to put the Rams up 42=10 with 3:56 remaining in the game.
