SALISBURY, N.C.– The Winston-Salem State University men's basketball team drop road game to Livingstone 64-59, inside the New Trent Gym.
The Rams moved to (3-16, 0-8 CIAA, 0-5 South) on the season.
Tyre Boykin led the Rams with season-high 25 points, followed by
Lance Gill with eight points and
Abou Camara defensively with 15 rebounds.

The Rams went 22-of-53 from the field, 8-of-19 from three, 7-of-12 from the free-throw line. The Rams grabbed 34 rebounds, 20 points in the paint, 14 fast break points, 14 second chance points and 18 bench points.
How It Happened
In the first half, the Rams took an early 6-5 lead on a
Jeremy Dixon lay-up (15:23). The Blue Bears went on a 6-1 run, giving them a 19-14 lead (5;12). LC closed out the half on a 11-4 run, taking a 30-21 lead into halftime.
In the second half,
Lance Gill cut the score to 30-24 with a three-pointer. The Blue Bears extended their lead to 38-28. The Rams went on a 6-0 run, making the score 40-34 on a
Tyre Boykin lay-up. A Masuan Moore-Bryant three-pointer, cut the score to 44-42 (8:09). LC extended their lead to 56-48.
Tyre Boykin hit a three-pointer, making the score 60-54 with 20 seconds to go.
