WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Winston-Salem State University women's flag football team will travel to River City to compete in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Conference Round-Up 2, hosted by Virginia Union University in Richmond, Va., from Friday, Mar. 28 to Saturday, Mar. 29.

The Rams opened their inaugural season at the CIAA Round-Up 1 going 3-1 with victories over Livingstone College (12-0), Johnson C. Smith (7-0), and Fayetteville State (7-0) and fell to Virginia Union 20-0.
