SALISBURY, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University women's cross-country team finished in first place at the Blue Bear Invitational hosted by Livingstone College.
Ava Millner led the way finishing in second place with a time of 17:47.16.
Elicia Bryant came in fourth place with a time of 18:13.24.
Rainn Sheppard (19:47.23) and
Jaiyah Nelson finished in sixth and seventh place, respectively.
Leigh Wills (21:23.85) came in 11th (21:23.85), Kayla Noles came in 12th (21:47.83) and
Simone Kelly in 13th (21:58.85).
The Rams will be back in action on Saturday, September 27 at the 41
st Annual Greensboro Invitational.
