WINSTON-SALEM, NC – The Winston-Salem State Lady Rams (13-13) gave it all they had, but the team could not stop a hard-hitting Bloomsburg Huskies (12-4), Wednesday afternoon. The Lady Rams struggled to stop the Huskies who totaled 11 hits in the game.

As a team, the Lady Rams totaled three hits in the game with junior infielders Nikki Lynch and Britney Cato, along with sophomore Andreya O'Brien totaling one hit each in the loss. Cato recorded the sole extra-base hit in the game with a double.

The Lady Rams will get a bit of a break as the team will return to action next week when they head to Mars Hill, N.C. to take on the Mars Hill Lions next Wednesday.
