Box Score WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The Winston-Salem State Rams are back in action on Saturday afternoon, as they will host the the Belmont Abbey Crusaders at 4:00 pm.
The WSSU Rams are coming off of a 105-64 win over Barber-Scotia College on Tuesday evening at the Gaines Center.
Muhammad Tijani led the Rams with 17 points off the bench, to go with two rebounds and two assists. Dedric Byrd added 15 points and five rebounds, while Javan Wells chipped in 13 points, two rebounds, two assists, one steal and one blocked shot. Donta Harper finished with 12 points, seven rebounds and an assist, and Terrell Leach also added 12 points, five rebounds, two steals, two assists and one blocked shot. WyKevin Bazemore finished with his fourth double-double of the year, with 10 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, three blocked shots and a steal. CJ Ford added nine points and Marquez Jones finished with six points. Nate Long scored five points, Stacy Caroway four points and five rebounds and Hanif Bilal added two points. William Peay failed to score, but finished with three rebounds and two assists.
WSSU will host The Glenville State Pioneers on Monday at the CE Gaines Center - the final home game before the Christmas holiday.
