HARROGATE, T.N– The Winston-Salem State University men's basketball team fell in a close contest 75-70 to Lincoln Memorial Wednesday night.
The Rams moved to (5-3, 0-0 CIAA).
Isaac Parson led the Rams with 20 points, eight rebounds and six assists.
Jahnarious Snell scored 13 points and Ketron "KC" Shaw had 10 points.

The Rams went 27-for-58 from the field. They scored 30 points in the paint, 13 points off turnovers. The Rams grabbed 33 rebounds and scored 24 bench points.
In the first half, the Railsplitters jumped out to an early 6-0 lead as
Jeremy Dixon hit a three-pointer getting the Rams on the board 6-3 with 17:17 left. The Rams couldn't cut the Railsplitter lead under three points as Lincoln Memorial always answered a Rams mini run. The Railsplitters would take a 42-35 lead into halftime.
In the second half, the Rams went on a 9-0 run capped off by a Jaharious Snell three-pointer making the score 48-46 with 16:33 left.
Isaac Parson gave the Rams their first lead of the game 51-50 on a made jumper with 14:00 left.
Jahnarious Snell gave the Rams their largest lead of the game with a three-pointer 59-56 with 9:52 left. The Railsplitters outscored the Rams 10-5 in the last 5:07 of the game.
