CIAA Preseason:
Amaya Tucker and
Kennedi Simmons were named to the 2022-2023 All-CIAA Women's Basketball Preseason Team Backcourt. Tucker is returning as the reigning CIAA Player of the Year. She finished last season averaging 15.6 points per game and led the Rams in three-point percentage with 40%. Tucker also shot 74% from the free-throw line. Simmons was second on the Rams in scoring, averaging 9.1 points per game. Kennedi shot 72% from the free-throw line.

- Jakaiya Mack was named CIAA Player of the Week for week seven.
- La'Niya Simes was named CIAA Rookie of the Week for weeks 10, 11 ,12 and 13.

The Broncos defeated Johnson C. Smith 64-56 on Thursday, February 8th. Aniylah Bryant led the Broncos with 17 points, followed by Keayna McLaughlin with 10 points. Aniylah Bryant is the Broncos leading scorer averaging 16.3 points a game, followed by Talia Trotter with 11.2 points per game.
