WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - JaQuan Kelly from the Winston-Salem State University football team has been named to the HBCU Leagcy Bowl.

Kelly is the third Ram this season to be named to the team. The Winston-Salem native finished the season with 650 rushing yards, and five touchdowns.

The game will take place in February in New Orleans.
