Winston-Salem, N.C - The Winston-Salem State University women's basketball team's win streak moves to eleven, defeating Virginia University of Lynchburg 100-49, inside the C.E. Gaines Center.
The Rams improved (11-1, 2-0 CIAA) on the season.
Maia Charles led the Rams with a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds, followed by Amari Baldwin with 14 points, and
Alana Biosse chipped in 11 points

In the second quarter, the Rams extended their lead to 29-10 on a
Jahmaria Miles lay-up (6:40). WSSU took their largest lead of the game, 32-12, on a
Kierran Walker three-pointer (5:30). VUL cut the Rams' lead to 33-25 on a lay-up (1:51). WSSU took a 40-24 lead into halftime.
In the third quarter, the Rams went on a 10-2 run, extending their lead to 50-26 on a
Maia Charles lay-up (7:14). The Rams took their largest lead of the game 65-35, on a
Kloe Thompson jumper (2:17). WSSU took a 72-35 lead in the fourth quarter.
In the fourth quarter, the Rams outscored the Dragons 28-14.
