WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Winston-Salem State University softball team will travel to Raleigh, North Carolina this week to compete in the annual CIAA Roundup, hosted by Shaw University at the Walnut Creek Softball Complex.

The multi-day event, scheduled for March 26–28, will feature conference opponents from across the CIAA and serve as a critical stretch in the league schedule as teams position themselves for postseason play.

Admission to the games is $10 and all of Winston's game will have live stats which can be found here.

• vs. Lincoln (Pa.) — 11:00 AM
• vs. Virginia State — 4:00 PM

The Rams competed in the Salem Tournament finishing 1-3, including a 9-5 victory over West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Players to Watch
Riley Demers leads the Rams with a .421 batting average and .684 slugging percentage. Jyla Thomas has a 3.13 ERA and leads with 24 strikeouts.

The Rams will return home to hosts Anderson University on March 31. The first game will take place at 1:00 pm at Twin City Ball Complex in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
