PETERSBURG, VA – The Winston-Salem State Lady Rams (7-12) ended their 2014 season on a down note when the team took a hard-fought 5-0 loss to the host Virginia State Lady Trojans (14-3), Thursday afternoon in the quarterfinal round of the 2014 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women's Tennis Championship Tournament. The loss came in spite of a great effort by the Lady Rams as the team left it all on the court as the team pushed the match to nearly three hours.
