RICHMOND, VA – The Winston-Salem State Rams (4-6, 4-4 CIAA) bounced back from a tough loss yesterday with an impressive shutout win over the Elizabeth City State Lady Vikings (0-7, 0-7 CIAA). Saturday at the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Round Up.

The Rams dominated singles play to take the win as they took all five wins in singles play. In an effort to save time, the two teams didn't play doubles and went straight into doubles play. The Rams took forfeit wins at #4 and #5 singles before junior Gabrielle Lindsay, sophomore Alexus Morgan, and sophomore Aja Grant all took 8-0 wins at #1, #2, and #3 singles to complete the victory.
