WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University tennis team fell 4-3 in a close match with Johnson C. Smith University Saturday afternoon.
JCSU earned their first point in doubles, but the Rams had the 2-1 lead going into singles. The Rams and Golden Bulls went back and forth in singles.
Semmie Moore won her set 6-1 and 6-0. JCSU won three sets to earn the 4-3 victory.
The Rams are back in action on April 3 at Belmont Abbey in Belmont, North Carolina at 3:00 pm.
