WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University women's outdoor track and field team will compete in the CIAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships May 3-4 in Durham, North Carolina.
In 2022 the Rams were named the Co-Champions alongside Fayetteville State.

The Rams competed at the Aggie Classic in Greensboro, North Carolina April 19-20th. Key takeaways Brianna Benloss finished with an NCAA qualifying mark of 11.75 in the 100m finals. Benloss then hit another NCAA qualifying mark in the 200m with a time of 24.02. Also, Charnessa Reid finished in third place in the long jump with a mark of 5.66m (18'7") which puts her #2 on WSSU's All-time list.
