The Rams are led by seniors Brooke Higgins and Semmie Moore. Also on the team from a previous season ago is sophomores, Dezirae Black-Macon, Kyla Burns, Briana Drew and Iyana Nickens.
 
CIAA Preseason
WSSU was selected to finish fifth in the CIAA preseason poll. Semmie Moore and Kyla Burns was named to the preseason team.
 
Last Timeout
The Rams defeated Livingstone College on April 5, 5-2 to earn their first win of the season. Brooke Higgins gave the Rams their winning point in a hard-fought singles match.
