WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Aaliyah Rodriguez from the Winston-Salem State University softball team was recognized as the 2024-25 NCAA Division II statistical champion for doubles per game.

Rodriguez finished the season with 16 doubles, a .362 batting average, 34 hits, 1 triple and 25 RBIs. She led the team and the conference in doubles was named to the All-CIAA Rookie Team and All-CIAA tournament team.

The Rams finished the season 21-12 (11-5 CIAA).
