MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. - The Winston-Salem State University Outdoor Track and Field Team had a great showing at the Trojan Relays on Saturday, April 15th in Mount Olive, North Carolina.

How it happened – Track Events  
Ronee Tudor, Jaynisaa Cauthen, Taniyah Oates, Sadiyah McGregor, Erykah Baldwin, Nykaya Ebron, Kyndall Barrow, and Maeghan Wallace competed in the women's 100m dash and finished with times of 12.25, 12.67, 12.80, 12.84, 12.98, 13.07,13.11, and 13.92 respectively.
Taniyah Oates, Sadiyah McGregor, Erykah Baldwin, Imani Tatum, Angel Bowden, Kyndall Barrow, Nia Hester, and Vanessa Jones competed in the women's 200m and finished with times of 26.67, 26.99, 27.02, 28.06, 28.18, 28.48, 28.92, and 29.85 respectively.
 Daijion Lee, Kyla Houston, Janiyah Ross, I'Sheondra Powell, and Imani Tatum competed in the women's 400m and finished with times of 59.89, 1:00.80, 1:01.91, 1:02.19, and 1:07.41 respectively.
Tamia Mclean set a personal record and finished third and Wynter Stample finished seventh in the women's 800 meters with times of 2:20.34 and 2:24.83. Zynobia Ugbong and Jaiyah Nelson also competed and finished with times of 2:39.58 and 2:42.49 respectively.
 Vanessa Jones competed in the women's 1500 meters and finished with a time of 5:26.47.
Amique Willis and Amiyah Murray finished fifth and tenth in the women's 100m hurdles with times of 15.44 and 18.40 respectively.
Jaynissa Cauthen and Tinasia Davis competed in the women's 400m hurdles and finished with times of 1:07.53 and 1:14.89 respectively.   
4x400 relay Taniyah Oates, I'Sheondra Powell, Imani Tatum, and Sadiyah McGregor finished third with a time of 3:59.91. The team Daijion Lee, Wynter Stample, Amique Willis, and Tamia Mclean finished fifth with a time of 4:16.37.

How It Happened Field- Field Events
Kennedy Alexander finished second in the women's high jump and finished with a mark of 1.66m (5'5.25"). Also, Angel Bowden finished ninth with a mark of 1.46m (4'9.5").
Nia Hester and Kyndall Barrow competed in the women's long jump and finished with marks of 4.76m (15'7.5") and 4.58m (15'0.5").
Kyndall Barrow and Nia Hester competed in the women's triple jump and finished with marks of 10.53m (34'6.75") and 10.51m (34'5.75").
Eriana Townes competed in the women's shot put and finished with a mark of 9.45m (31'0").
