CHARLOTTE, N.C. –Amique Willis from the Winston-Salem State University women's outdoor track and field team was named the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Track Athlete of the Week, the league announced Wednesday afternoon.

The Kingston, Jamacia native earned the honor after finishing third in the women's 100m hurdles with a time of 14.81 at the Vertklasse Meeting in High Point, N.C.

Amique Willis and the Rams will be back in action on April 8th competing at the Gamecock Invitational in Columbia, South Carolina.
