WINSTON-SALEM, NC – The Winston-Salem State University women's indoor track and field team are ready to compete at the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) indoor track and field championships at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina February 11-12.

The Rams wrapped up the regular season at the 2024 VMI Winter Relays and the South Carolina invite. At the South Carolina invite highlights included, Brianna Benloss winning the 60m dash and Hayliegh Bryant winning the 200m dash. Great times was posted by the Rams at VMI Winter Relays.
 
Last Time at the Indoor Championships
Winston-Salem State finished in third place last year at the CIAA indoor championships with highlights from Kennedy Alexander finishing in first in the high jump and Ronee Tudor winning the 60m.
