WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University women's outdoor track and field team are set to begin its 2025 campaign this weekend at the Weems Baskin Invitational in Columbia, South Carolina.

The teams competing this week are, Benedict College, Charleston Southern, The Citadel, College of Charleston, Converse University, Coppin State, Gardner-Webb, Limestone, Maryland-Eastern Shore, South Carolina State, South Carolina, USC Aiken, Virginia State, Voorhees, Winston-Salem State
 
The Field Events will begin at 10:00 am and the running events will start at 11:00 am.
 
WSSU will be back in action on March 29 at the Livingstone Blue Bear Invitational in Salisbury, North Carolina.
