WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University women's indoor track and field team will compete in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) indoor track and field championships at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on February 16-17.

The Rams competed at the two-day Camel City Invitational on February 7-8.
Charnessa Reid broke her own school record for the fourth time this season with a time of 8:63.
Brianna Benloss finished in first place with a time of 7.57 in the 60m.

The USTFCCCA weekly rankings, the Rams moved up a spot to #2.
CIAA Weekly Honors
For week six,
Charnessa Reid was named the CIAA Women's Field Athlete of the Week for finishing in second place in the hurdles at the Camel City Invite.
For week five,
Charnessa Reid earned her second CIAA Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.
Reid had a great meet performance at the Bast-Cregger Invite. She won the 60m hurdle with a personal-best time of 8.64 breaking her own school record. Her mark makes her #14 in NCAA DII #1 Atlantic Region, and #1 CIAA.
