WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – A group of Rams from the Winston-Salem State Indoor Track and Field Team will travel to Columbia South Carolina to compete at the USC Invite.

Last Time Out
The Rams finished in second place at the CIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. Numerous Rams had podium finishes including
Charnessa Reid,
Layla Simpson and the 4x4oo team.
Elicia Bryant was named the CIAA Track Athlete MVP after finishing with 22 points.
CIAA Weekly Honors
For week six,
Charnessa Reid was named the CIAA Women's Field Athlete of the Week for finishing in second place in the hurdles at the Camel City Invite.
For week five,
Charnessa Reid earned her second CIAA Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.
Reid had a great meet performance at the Bast-Cregger Invite. She won the 60m hurdle with a personal-best time of 8.64 breaking her own school record. Her mark makes her #14 in NCAA DII #1 Atlantic Region, and #1 CIAA.
