COLUMBIA, S.C. – Five Rams concluded the regular indoor season as the Winston-Salem State University indoor track and field team competed at the USC Invite hosted by South Carolina.
Charnessa Reid ran a time of 8.50 in the 60m hurdles to set a new school record.
The 4x400 relay team of
Daijion Lee,
Asheika Smith, Kelly Simone and
Olivia Cosby finished in first place with a time of 3:44.91.
Reid also competed in the long jump and finished with a mark of 5.62m
Select Rams will look to compete at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field National Championships on March 7-8 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
