WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. –
Charnessa Reid from the Winston-Salem State University qualified for the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Indoor Track and Field Championship on March 13-15 in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Fall Creek Pavilion.
Reid qualified for the 60m hurdles with a seed time of 8.47. She helped the Rams capture second place at the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) indoor track and field championships. She won the 60h (8.47), long jump, finished second in the pentathlon and third in the high jump.
She also broke the school record in the 60m hurdles twice this season.
