Reginald Keith Sherard is inducted into the WSSU C.E. “Big House” Gaines Athletic Hall of Fame as an outstanding athlete in football and wrestling. He was a member of the 1978 undefeated football CIAA champions and was a four-year letterman for the Rams.  He was also a CIAA and All-NAIA selection and earned a District 26 wrestling championship for four consecutive years (1975-1978)
