Sheila McDonald was a four-year letterwinner with the Winston-Salem State Lady Rams. During her career she earned a number of team and conference honors. She earned All-Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) honors in both softball and volleyball and was named a team captain in both sports.
