C.E. "Big House" Gaines Hall of Fame
Willie Mouzon is enshrined into the Winston-Salem State University Clarence E. “Big House” Gaines Athletic Hall of Fame after a great career with the Rams’ wrestling program. He has earned numerous team and national honors including being named a two-time NCAA Division II All-American (1988, 1990) and a two-time CIAA Champion (1988, 1990). He was a team captain on the 1990 CIAA Championship team and was also named Most Outstanding Wrestler at the 1088 CIAA Championship Tournament. He is a 1991 graduate of Winston-Salem State University and was an active member of the WSSU Pep Rally Club. He is a member of the National Fire Fighters Association and a member of the WSSU Athletics Booster Club. He and his wife Jessica are the proud parents of two children, Morea (7) and Willie, II (3).
