C.E. "Big House" Gaines Hall of Fame
Stanley D. King, Jr. was a two-sport star at Winston-Salem State University. He is honored as an outstanding Track and Field athlete. He was also a member of the football team. He earned all CIAA and NAIA All-American honors in 1984. He was recognized as the fastest man in the CIAA when he won the 100 meter championship in 1984. He graduated with honors in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. He currently resides in Durham, North Carolina.
